Yes! We take great care in ensuring our sizing is consistent and accurate. Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements to help you find your perfect fit. For items that run slightly large or small, we’ll note this in the product description.
Do you offer plus sizes or petite options?
Currently, we focus on standard sizing from XS to XL across most collections. We’re always expanding our offerings based on customer feedback, so stay tuned for potential size range expansions in future seasons!

How do I create an account?
Simply click “Sign Up” during checkout or in the top navigation. You’ll just need an email address and password. With an account, you can track orders, save favorites, and check out faster on future purchases.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your fashion finds to you ASAP! If you need to modify or cancel, please email us at [email protected] within 1 hour of placing your order with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered via DHL/FedEx in 10-15 business days after shipping
Free Shipping (orders over $50): Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered via EMS in 15-25 business days after shipping
All orders ship from our Boston warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide with a few exceptions in certain Asian regions and remote areas. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm availability. International orders may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We want you to love every Youthful Clothes piece! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply initiate your return through your account or contact our customer service team.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns for refunds only. To get a different size or color, simply place a new order for the item you want and return the original item following our standard return process.
