Perfect pants for me. I tried some 501s but too tight in the waist/thighs, and the 550s were just right – roomy enough for comfort but not baggy.

Good product, great price. Only place I could find my size. I did get one pair that was marked a 29 in the leg, but was a really a 30. Fortunately the Zappos return policy made it a snap to get another one that fit as it was marked.

I have worn Levi’s jeans for over fifty years. The quality has been excellent over the years; however, it seems that the last two pair I purchased from a local department store must have been “seconds” or something. The fit was horrid, and one had pocket material so thin it ripped by the third wearing. The pair I just received from Zappos fit perfectly, was of top quality, was priced competitively, and arrived promptly. Zappos consistently exceeds my expectations.

The jeans I purchased were at a significantly reduced price, same great quality, and best of all, I received the items on my doorstep the next day! Also, their return policy rocks (of course I didn’t need to use it)! But, if I had, you can return it in their envelope postage free. Definitely plan on shopping here again!

These jeans are great for those of us that are too tight in a 34″ and too loose in a 36″ – and the wash size is great.

It’s long been a challenge to find my size (31Wx34L) in stores so the last time I needed new jeans I used Levis.com. But this time not even they had my favorite black 550s. Zappos did, and they even shipped faster than expected. Same great service I’ve come to expect with shoes after many Rockport orders. Next time I’ll check here first.

First we tried the Levi’s regular 35×34. They were a tad too tight, so returned it and got the relaxed fit 35×34.
This fits perfectly. But even better – for us, the Zappos delivery and return times cannot beat!

I have been buying Levi’s for about 30 years now. Within the last few years their quality has really taken a nose dive. One cheesy thing was they switched from 7 belt loops to 5. The quality of the denim is not what it was. It feels thinner / cheaper. I recently purchased a pair of Wranglers (I have never bought Wranglers before). The quality of their jeans has leapfrogged Levi.

A great pair of pants. In a world of skinny jeans and hipster sensibilities, the 550s are a breath of fresh and nonrestrictive air. Loose enough to move around in, but not so baggy that you look like you’re going to a Limp Bizkit concert in 1998. As a tall person with little-to-no butt to speak of, the 33W 36L fit great. I’ll definitely be back for more 550s in the future.
