It’s the color that didn’t work. It’s a cozy coat, love that the collar can snap all the way up for a warm neck! I usually wear M yet got a S due to reviews and believe the M will fit better so it’s likely true to size. Because it doesn’t have a zipper, I’d have to wear warm clothes underneath and there wouldn’t be enough room unless the warm is thin, like Merino. It appears to run true to size unless one wants it for coolish weather with thin clothes underneath. The grey is not as rich a hue as it looks on my computer, so wasn’t right for my coloring. It will look great on other colorings though. It’s soft and something I could go out in or sleep in…it’s that sweet and comfortable.

It is oversized and bulky and the label by the neck area is uncomfortable. I liked the colour. I wished it could be more feminine style, more fitted. I think for a tall person it is actually a good style. It just does not suite me.
