Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, underwear, or final sale items marked “non-returnable.” These exceptions are as rare as that one-of-a-kind vintage find!

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item back to you—consider it our way of saying thanks for giving us another chance to get your style right!

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: Refunds process in 3-5 business days, then your bank may take 5-10 business days to post the credit.
  • Original payment method: Refunds go back to the original payment method—like returning that statement coat you decided wasn’t quite “you.”

Exchange Policy

International Returns

For our global fashion lovers (excluding some Asian regions), return shipping costs and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service—because nothing should go missing, except maybe that one sock from your favorite pair.
